    導電銀漿

    ☑ Product Specifications
    Conductive inks can be categorized into two major types based on the type of resin used: solvent-based conductive inks and water-based (hydrophilic) conductive inks.

    Solvent-based conductive inks are formulated by dispersing conductive particles within organic solvents. In contrast, water-based conductive inks utilize aqueous resins and a small amount of hydrophilic solvents to adjust printability before the addition of conductive particles. Because water-based conductive inks are composed of aqueous resins and contain significantly fewer volatile organic compounds (VOCs) than solvent-based versions, they pose a much lower risk to human health and the environment. As such, they are classified as environmentally friendly products.

    Furthermore, based on the type of conductive particles used, these inks can be classified into three categories: silver paste (silver ink), carbon paste (carbon ink), and silver-carbon paste (silver-carbon ink).

    導電碳漿

    ☑ 產品說明
    導電油墨依其使用之原料樹脂種類之不同,可分為兩大類:油性導電油墨與親水性導電油墨。
    油性導電油墨係將導電粉清除於有機溶劑中再經添加導電粒子製成;親水性導電油墨係採用水性樹脂,添加少量之親水性溶劑以調整其印刷性後再經添加導電粒子製成。親水性導電油墨由於是以水性樹脂製成,僅添加少量之溶劑,故其所含之揮發量較油性油墨少很多,對人體與環境傷害均較低,屬於對環境友善之產品(environmental friendly products)。
    依使用之導電粒子分類,可分為銀漿(銀墨)、碳漿(碳墨)與銀碳漿(銀碳墨)三類。

    絕緣膠

    絕緣油墨依其使用烘烤條件之不同,可分為兩大類:烘烤型絕緣油墨及紫外線硬化型絕緣油墨



    烘烤型絕緣油墨:
    此類型油墨通常提供之顏色為無色、綠色及藍色,以上顏色又可分為透明或霧面之型式,必要時可依客戶需求調製成其他顏色。
    烘烤型絕緣油墨由於含有溶劑,乾燥後厚度會減少甚多。此類型油墨較適於作保護層或作防水、絕緣保護用。

    紫外線硬化型絕緣油墨:
    此類型油墨通常提供之顏色為無色霧面、綠色霧面及藍色霧面三種,此類產品之固含量為100%,不含溶劑。
    此UV油墨亦因其熱收縮率之不同,可分為絕緣保護用與可印跳線用兩大類。
